Sr. Principal Engineer User Experience XIV

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Principal Engineer Software with a focus on UX architecture and front-end technical leadership for KVM&S products and platforms. This role is responsible for defining and evolving the user experience architecture and front-end engineering approach for complex product capabilities, ensuring that solutions are usable, accessible, consistent, secure, maintainable, and aligned with product and customer needs.

What you'll do

• Responsible for defining and evolving the user experience architecture and front-end engineering approach for complex product capabilities
• Own and evolve the UX and front-end architecture for assigned KVM&S products, defining patterns, frameworks, component structures
• Translate customer workflows, product requirements, and usability needs into clear technical designs and front-end implementation strategies
• Partner with Product Management, UX/design, and engineering stakeholders to evaluate user journeys, information architecture, interaction patterns, and design trade-offs
• Establish and maintain reusable UI components, design-system practices, front-end standards, and guidelines that improve consistency, maintainability
