About the role
The Operational Excellence Manager will drive the Operational Excellence agenda across VVN global mobility operations in India. A key priority will be to identify, adapt, and scale proven improvement practices from across Vialto, ensuring successful approaches are consistently embedded within local operations.
What you'll do
- Lead process improvement initiatives using structured Operational Excellence methodologies and project management disciplines
- Design and deliver training on Operational Excellence methodologies, tools, and best practices, and coach teams in their practical application
- Map end-to-end processes, identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and drive process simplification and standardization
- Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions
- Identify and assess improvement and automation opportunities, develop business cases, define business requirements, and support benefit tracking and realization
