About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Compensation Senior Associate to support the implementation and delivery of global payroll and mobility compliance initiatives. This role will assist in payroll operations, compensation program administration, compliance activities, and client coordination. The ideal candidate has hands-on payroll experience, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to accuracy and client service.
What you'll do
- Support client engagement by assisting in building strong relationships and responding to client needs in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in managing client-specific requirements, such as payroll mapping, global cost tracking, and vendor coordination
- Support the execution of end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in line with KPIs and SLAs
- Perform payroll data validation, reconciliations, and reporting to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with year-end reporting, compensation summaries, and compliance documentation
