About the role
In this position, your role is essential in upholding compliance with tax regulations and optimizing tax processes for employees on international assignments. Your main objective is to reduce tax-related risks and costs, while ensuring that both the organization and its employees adhere to relevant tax laws
What you'll do
- Review all types of AU individual income tax returns
- Identify and lead new services that the service line can perform at the VVN
- Develop, mentor, and supervise Associates & Senior Associates
- Communicate progress and project status to all stakeholders
- Work in tandem with finance and HR departments to ensure precise calculation and reporting of payroll taxes and social security contributions
