Accounts Executive – Accounts Receivable at Vibracoustic. Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, including accounts payable and/or receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
What you'll do
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, including accounts payable and/or receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial records
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing necessary journal entries and account reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
