What you'll do
- Drive, develop, and implement HSE strategies in the local plant, ensuring alignment with corporate policies, regulations, and continuous improvement objectives
- Lead initiatives to prevent accidents, manage risk assessments, and support plant management in fulfilling statutory and company HSE requirements
- Conduct regular HSE inspections, audits, and assessments of plant installations and technical equipment to ensure compliance with local laws and ISO standards
- Act as a consultant to the Site Executive Officer (SEO) in matters related to local crisis management and emergency response plans
- Lead the HSE team, coordinate the work of HSE Officers, and implement training programs to raise employee awareness of HSE policies and procedures
