What you'll do
- Provide HR business partnering across the employee lifecycle for Sales and Support functions, including performance management and employee relations
- Own Talent Acquisition for all India roles, covering roles across Freudenberg Filtration Technologies India
- Drive rollout and adoption of global HR processes and quality standards in India, including governance, documentation and audit readiness
- Drive learning and development and performance management cycles for Sales and Support functions and coordinate cross-location rollouts with plant HR
- Maintain responsibility split and handovers with Director HR Operations
