- Develop and maintain Power Platform solutions , including Power Apps and Power Automate workflows, to support business use cases such as enquiry tracking
- Design and deliver Power BI dashboards and reports to track sales KPIs, enquiries, and performance metrics, ensuring accurate and actionable business insights
- Manage and structure business data (within developed solutions) using Dataverse and Dataflows, ensuring reliable data availability, integrity
- Integrate digital solutions with Microsoft platforms and external systems through APIs, enabling seamless data flow and system interoperability
- Enhance, maintain, and continuously improve existing applications and workflows based on user feedback and evolving business needs
