What you'll do
- Develop new and improved products to meet customer demands in a rapid and timely manner
- Provide rapid and timely technical service, assisting Sales, operations, and customers
- Work closely with Sales to develop and recommend products, as well as application equipment and techniques
- Support Sales during field trial and customer complaint that may require travelling to customer site as and when needed
- Assist manufacturing operations in the development and implementation of new/modified production methods to improve quality and increase profitability
