About the role
have improved construction productivity and reduced risks, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Dedicated Trainer is responsible for accelerating the onboarding of new team members and providing ongoing guidance to staff working on live projects.
What you'll do
- Accelerate onboarding and cut ramp-up time for new team members
- Run a structured, consistent training program across all VDC functions
- Build and maintain VDC training materials, SOPs, video tutorials, and knowledge repositories
- Cross-train staff to create multi-skilled resources and reduce dependency on key individuals
- Set standard processes, best practices, and quality expectations from day one
