About the role
This position is a combination of Talent Acquisition and HR practices. 90% responsibilities would be pertaining to Talent Acquisition and 10% of HR Operations and Employee Relations. Manage end to end recruitment lifecycle. Engage business leads/Project leads/hiring managers on regular basis to resolve and clarify any recruitment delivery issues and to fulfill manpower requirements within stipulated time.
