About the role
Lead and oversee multiple SAP, SAP Business One, and non-SAP projects simultaneously as the SAP SD Order-to-Cash subject matter expert for change requests, enhancements, and related initiatives. Support global users across SAP and non-SAP applications through the centralized KACE/Freshservice ticketing system, coordinating with consultants and business users to ensure timely resolution within SLAs.
What you'll do
- Lead and oversee multiple SAP, SAP Business One, and non-SAP projects simultaneously as the SAP SD Order-to-Cash subject matter expert for change requests, enhancements
- Support global users across SAP and non-SAP applications through the centralized KACE/Freshservice
- Identify business requirements, document current processes and interfaces, assess gaps, design future-state processes with business teams, and recommend improvements
- Drive process implementation through testing and training, while identifying and managing project dependencies and the critical path
- Collaborate with SAP and non-SAP technical teams to ensure configurations and developments are delivered on time and meet quality standards
