About the role
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition who can drive end-to-end hiring strategy with a strong focus on vendor-driven recruitment models . The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in managing recruitment vendors/consultants, optimizing external hiring channels, ensuring cost efficiency, and delivering quality talent within defined timelines.
What you'll do
- Vendor Hiring Strategy & Management
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies through external vendors, consultants, staffing agencies, and recruitment partners
- Identify, onboard, negotiate commercials, and manage relationships with hiring vendors
- Build a strong vendor network for multiple hiring categories such as: Tech Hiring
- Monitor vendor performance based on: Closure ratios
