About the role
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Client Incentive Operations (CIO) team in Bangalore, India. The CIO team manages client incentive agreements and ensures accurate accounting in accordance with US GAAP, company policies, and contractual terms. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, stakeholder management, and collaboration across Finance, Sales, Legal, and regional teams.
What you'll do
- Manage, track, review, and process contractual payments accurately and on time
- Monitor contract performance and maintain forecasts, amortization schedules, and supporting documentation
- Prepare and review reconciliations, reports, and supporting schedules for financial reporting requirements
- Partner with Finance, Sales, Legal, regional hub and IT teams to resolve issues and support business objectives
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX, audit, and regulatory requirements
