- Help and facilitate prioritization of Initiatives & Epics (Product requirements) that align to the Objectives & Business Results (OKRs) and available workforce capacity
- Manage resource rosters for their Portfolios or Team of Agentic Squads in Jira, Jira Align and Polaris
- Manage program forecasts, budgets, labor capitalization and asset depreciation/amortization
