Fluent Commerce QA Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a QA Engineer with strong experience in Fluent Commerce Order Management System (OMS) to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of complex omnichannel order flows. The role focuses on functional, integration, and end-to-end testing across OMS, eCommerce platforms, ERP, WMS, and logistics systems, supporting enterprise-scale retail and commerce transformations

What you'll do

• Design, execute, and maintain test cases and test scenarios for Fluent Commerce OMS covering order lifecycle, fulfilment, inventory, sourcing, returns, and cancellations
• Perform functional, regression, integration (SIT), and end-to-end testing across OMS and integrated systems
• Execute API testing for REST and GraphQL services using tools such as Postman (or equivalent)
• Validate event-driven flows, webhooks, and asynchronous integrations between Fluent OMS and external platforms (eCommerce, ERP, WMS, payment, logistics)
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects using tools such as JIRA (or similar)
