We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Engineer - Customer Quality at Oragadam, Chennai to join our Quality team on a full-time basis.
What you'll do
- Lead the Customer Quality function and team of Quality Engineers to ensure effective management and timely closure of customer quality concerns
- Lead the team in handling customer complaints and quality concerns from initial receipt through effective closure
- Ensure timely containment and protection of customer requirements
- Lead and review 8D / structured problem-solving activities for customer concerns
- Ensure root cause is established through data and objective evidence
