About the role
We are looking for motivated, client-focused professionals to join our Corporate Accounts and Retail Accounts teams. The roles involve managing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, driving account growth, and ensuring effective service delivery across the healthcare and wellness ecosystem.
What you'll do
- Manage relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders, including HR, Benefits, Compensation & Benefits, and employee wellness teams
- Support client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing account management
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
- Monitor account performance, client feedback, service issues, and engagement metrics
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, renewals, and account expansion
