We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll operations while ensuring statutory compliance and data accuracy. The ideal candidate will possess strong payroll technical expertise, advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to handle sensitive employee data with integrity and confidentiality.
What you'll do
- Payroll Processing & Administration
- Execute end-to-end monthly payroll processing
- Calculate LOP, arrears, incentives, bonuses, and variable pay components
- Process Full & Final (FNF) settlements
- Compute gratuity and leave encashment as per applicable regulations
