What you'll do
- Lead, manage, and scale the inside/tele sales team to drive consistent revenue growth
- Own end-to-end sales performance from qualified inbound and outbound leads across multiple channels
- Develop and execute a structured inside sales strategy focused on lead conversion, upselling, and customer retention
- Define, track, and achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Design and implement scalable sales processes, scripts, and SOPs supported by CRM and auto-dialing systems
