Senior Shopify Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a senior shopify front-end engineer who will drive technical excellence by building high-performing, accessible, and beautifully responsive Shopify themes and reusable components. Working in a dynamic Agile environment, you will bridge the gap between design, marketing, and technology—collaborating directly with stakeholders and clients to turn complex requirements into seamless user experiences that actively boost conversions.

What you'll do

• Creating high quality production-ready front-end code with Shopify
• Creating reusable Shopify components and theme areas
• Drive forward the quality – in code, unit testing, accessibility, performance, code reviews
• Ensure a smooth connection with Marketing Tools, Platform APIs, and Shopify Apps to optimise the shop for overall efficiency and functionality
• Deliver on an Agile workstream of front-end developers on a project, contributing to daily stand-ups, sprint planning and estimates
