What you'll do
- Assistant General Manager / M2 Band
- Responsible for delivering assigned revenue and sales targets through strong distribution planning, market execution, and channel partner productivity
- Review and evaluate channel partners with focus on distributor 3i: infrastructure, investment and involvement
- Ensure distributor readiness through adequate office infrastructure, DSE availability, systems support, working capital and disciplined ways of working
- Drive distribution planning and execution intensity to expand town coverage, appoint distributors and add productive outlets
