About the role
The Decision Support, Consumer Finance role delivers accurate and timely regulatory reporting, competitor benchmarking, and commercial performance insights for the consumer business. The role supports senior management, Investor Relations, Board discussions, and other internal stakeholders with reliable analysis and data to enable informed decision-making and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
What you'll do
- Manage TRAI reporting within strict timelines, ensuring complete accuracy and compliance
- Quarterly and Annual competitor benchmarking on various key KPIs and reporting
- Compile and circulate commercial performance reports, including market pricing benchmarks across operators, to senior management
- Support the Investor Relations team by providing required data for Board meetings and investors call
- Deliver accurate data at short notice to meet ad hoc requirements from regulatory and internal stakeholders
