About the role
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Data Scientist to develop and produce AI/ML, Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for telecom network and performance analytics. The role will work with large-scale network and operational data to deliver predictive insights, anomaly detection, forecasting, root-cause analysis and intelligent automation , with end-to-end ownership from model development to production deployment and monitoring.
What you'll do
- Develop ML solutions for anomaly detection, forecasting, classification, clustering, NLP and predictive analytics
- Apply AI/ML to telecom datasets including network KPIs, alarms, events, logs, configurations and service-performance data
- Build GenAI/LLM applications, RAG pipelines, semantic search and Agentic AI workflows
- Develop scalable batch and streaming data pipelines using Python, SQL, Spark, Kafka or similar technologies
- Implement MLOps practices covering model versioning, CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, drift detection and retraining
