To manage and drive sales through promoters in order to attain market leadership in the given territory, through growth in UL gross with 4G handset & MNP focus Promoter onboarding – Admin & Business, MT chain engagement Promoter monthly attrition – Execute agreed actions Shopper Activation – Drive shoppers activation as per design shared by corp/circle
