About the role
Promoter onboarding - Admin & Business; Smart Phone Outlet (SPO) chain engagement; Graduate, preferably an MBA with experience around 2-5 years in telco/ FMCG/ Consumer Durables.
What you'll do
- Take responsibility of Active MT, SPO & KRO Count
- Drive Shopper activations as per design shared by corporate or circle
- Liaising with the Zonal Team. I am a part of zonal reviews on performance & support sought
- Execute agreed actions on Promoter monthly attrition
- Monitor TL & Promoter incentive earning
What you need
