About the role
SNOC is centralized technology operation centre responsible for FCAPS (Fault, Change, Accounting, Performance & Security) to serve Pan India mobility and enterprise customers across all technologies and domains through start of art tools, digital initiatives, well stitched processes and skilled people.
What you'll do
- Head – Performance Management - Transport
- Responsible to capture of the learnings for future use and track roll out across network
- Design and govern KPI models across transport domains (IP, DWDM, Microwave, Optical), focusing on parameters that directly affect service experience
- Define thresholds and baseline behaviors in collaboration with planning, operations, and service teams
- Ensure KPI definitions and thresholds are integrated within performance tools and validated for accuracy and usability in live operations
