Agile Delivery Manager - VOIS

About the role

We are seeking an Agile Delivery Manager to own squad-level delivery within Security Monitoring & Analytics, part of Global Cyber Security. You will focus on delivering committed outcomes predictably through effective planning, tracking, dependency management, risk and issue management, stakeholder alignment and transparent reporting.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end squad delivery lifecycle, including delivery plans, milestones, sequencing and commitments aligned with PI objectives
• Improve delivery predictability and transparency by actively managing scope, timelines, capacity and delivery flow
• Maintain accurate, relevant and timely delivery reporting
• Identify, track and support the removal of blockers, escalating unresolved impediments and driving actions through to closure
• Manage squad-level risks, issues, actions and dependencies (RAID), ensuring clear ownership, mitigation and timely escalation
