About the role
We are seeking a Network Monitoring Engineer to join our Customer Services & Operations team within the Network Monitoring function. This role is ideal for individuals with a foundational understanding of networking technologies who are looking to build their career in a global telecommunications environment.
What you'll do
- Monitor customer networks and network elements within defined service level agreements (SLAs)
- Perform initial fault diagnosis and validate network alarms
- Report service-impacting incidents to customers and internal stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner
- Create and manage trouble tickets for investigation and resolution by specialist teams
- Work closely with technical support teams, incident management teams, service desks, and first-line support functions
