About the role
We are seeking a Network & Security Operations Specialist with 4 to 6 years of experience in the network and security domain to manage day-to-day Office IT network and security operations and support infrastructure implementation. The role involves network configuration, incident and request resolution, change execution, infrastructure assessment, service continuity, disaster recovery, continual service improvement and operational documentation.
What you'll do
- Manage day-to-day Office IT network and security operations and support infrastructure implementation activities
- Maintain, manage and assess network infrastructure and associated processes, identifying opportunities to improve business and infrastructure outcomes
- Develop and support continual service improvement plans across operations and build activities to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Implement network configurations in accordance with approved designs
- Resolve incidents and service requests within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
