About the role

We are seeking a Cloud Operations Specialist to join our Cloud Operations team supporting cloud environments that virtualise network functions within Vodafone's core network. The role focuses on the operational management, lifecycle support, security, reliability, and continuous evolution of multi-vendor cloud platforms across multiple markets.

What you'll do

• Manage and support cloud platforms including VMware vSphere, VMware Tanzu, VMware NSX, and Ericsson Cloud Native Infrastructure Solution (CNIS)
• Perform incident, change, problem, and service request management activities across multi-vendor cloud environments
• Troubleshoot critical platform issues and coordinate incident resolution to minimise service impact
• Implement security controls, remediate vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with organisational standards and industry best practices
• Evaluate software releases, firmware updates, security patches, and platform upgrades
