Deputy General Manager_Reward Lead_Pune

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Reward professional to lead the delivery and governance of reward programmes and HR operations services across multiple geographies. Based in Pune, India, this role plays a critical part in aligning reward strategies with business objectives while ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and a positive employee experience.

What you'll do

• Lead the implementation and delivery of key reward programmes and processes, including Annual Reward Review cycles, compensation benchmarking, fair pay analysis
• Oversee governance of HR Operations activities delivered through HR Shared Services, including payroll administration, statutory compliance activities
• Design, maintain, and publish reward dashboards and management information for HR leadership, providing insights into utilisation, effectiveness, and programme outcomes
• Partner with HR Business Partners and business stakeholders as a Reward subject matter expert, providing guidance on compensation and benefits matters
• Monitor operational performance and reporting to ensure agreed service levels are consistently achieved
