About the role
We are seeking a AWS DevOps & Performance Engineer with 6–8 years of experience in CI/CD, Chaos Engineering, cloud infrastructure, automation and performance engineering. You will work with AWS cloud-native environments, containerised platforms and automation frameworks, with responsibility for building reliable CI/CD capabilities and supporting scalable distributed systems.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, maintain and enhance AWS resilience and performance test automation frameworks
- Execute resilience and performance testing for multi-AZ, microservices-based AWS applications , covering VPC, networking, Security Groups, IAM, S3, EC2, EKS
- Design and execute AWS FIS/Chaos Engineering scenarios , including pod/microservice failures, Kafka broker failures, AZ failures and database failover , validating RTO
- Build and maintain automation using AWS Step Functions, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Bash/Shell and Python
- Maintain JMeter scripts, test configurations, test data, sanity checks and automated reporting
