About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join HR COE Services VOIS India in Pune. This role focuses on providing HR advisory support and operational HR services to global business functions, working closely with onshore HR Business Partners (HRBPs) across multiple geographies.
What you'll do
- Support HR colleagues, primarily HRBPs, across different countries and business units in delivering hire-to-retire processes, reports, dashboards
- Act as a key point of contact for business functions, providing guidance and executing HR activities in line with global and local HR procedures
- Resolve complex employee queries by collaborating with appropriate stakeholders within and outside HR when required
- Drive participation, tracking, and completion of cyclical and ad hoc HR activities and projects, including employee engagement surveys, performance reviews
- Prepare and present business review presentations to internal and international stakeholders
