About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Payroll & Operations Specialist to join our HR Operations team in Pune, India. This role acts as a key point of contact for employees and managers, providing expert support on HR policies, processes, payroll administration, and employee queries through Ask HR channels.
What you'll do
- Provide Ask HR support on HR policies, processes, and employee lifecycle activities through digital and email support channels
- Serve as a primary contact for employees and managers, resolving complex HR and payroll-related queries
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes and coordinate activities with third-party payroll service providers
- Review and validate payroll outputs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing
- Prepare payroll reports and provide regular updates to management
