Fixed Assets & Capital Expenditure Process Lead - VOIS

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Fixed Assets and Capital Expenditure professional to lead end-to-end capital expenditure processes and fixed asset accounting activities. This role is pivotal in ensuring robust financial control, compliance, accurate reporting, and continuous improvement through automation and process optimisation.

What you'll do

• Maintain and govern the fixed assets register, managing the full lifecycle of capital expenditure from project creation to capitalisation and closure
• Deliver accurate and timely month-end activities, including journals, reconciliations, and fixed asset reporting packs
• Design, implement, and continuously enhance controls, procedures, and documentation for asset capitalisation and compliance
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and provide clear explanations for variances and open items
• Support internal and external audits, including SOX controls, IPE checks, and statutory audit requirements
