About the role
We are seeking a Performance Testing Engineer to deliver non-functional testing services across telecommunications platforms, services, and applications within a complex global environment. This role focuses on defining and executing performance testing strategies across Cloud, CRM, Middleware, microservices, and cloud-native platforms while ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to agreed milestones.
What you'll do
- Understand telecommunications technology stacks, delivery approaches, and strategic initiatives to define effective performance testing strategies
- Deliver testing projects and ensure efficient execution of non-functional testing activities
- Develop dynamic performance test scripts and scenarios using industry-standard tools
- Execute and coordinate performance tests and communicate outcomes to stakeholders and vendor partners
- Follow established testing processes, metrics, reporting standards, and governance requirements
