About the role
We are seeking a performance testing professional to lead non-functional testing (NFT) strategy and execution across complex Telecom technology landscapes, including Cloud, CRM and Middleware domains.
What you'll do
- Plan, define and execute end-to-end performance and non-functional testing strategies aligned to delivery approach, project risks and business priorities
- Establish and implement a clear QA and performance testing vision, ensuring consistency, efficiency and continuous improvement across programmes
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define performance acceptance criteria, design dynamic test scripts and scenarios
- Execute and manage performance tests, analyse results, and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Define and track testing metrics, processes, tools and reporting mechanisms to ensure effective delivery governance
