Pricing Specialist

About the role

As a Pricing Specialist, you will manage customer pricing requests and support the conversion of customer requirements into accurate, timely quotations and orders. You will communicate with customers and internal stakeholders, maintain pricing information, evaluate wholesale business requests, coordinate order progress and help deliver a reliable customer experience.

What you'll do

• Prepare and submit accurate customer quotations, with a strong focus on right-first-time quality and agreed turnaround times
• Manage customer pricing requests, pricing inventories and order-conversion discussions from initial request through closure
• Evaluate wholesale-provider requests and coordinate with account management, delivery, billing, feasibility, supplier and customer teams
• Track customer orders and ensure stakeholders receive clear, timely updates on progress, risks, dependencies and issues
• Resolve customer pricing and order-related issues within agreed service levels, escalating when support is required
