About the role
We are seeking a Software Test Automation Engineer with hands-on experience across manual and automated software testing. You will analyse business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria; design and execute functional and integration tests; build and maintain reusable automated tests; perform API testing; support CI/CD execution; and manage defects through to closure.
What you'll do
- Analyse business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria to identify test scenarios, dependencies and quality risks
- Design, document and maintain test plans, test scenarios, test cases and test data for functional and integration testing
- Perform manual testing , including functional, integration, system, regression, smoke, sanity and exploratory testing
- Design, develop, execute and maintain automated test scripts for suitable functional and regression scenarios
- Identify appropriate automation candidates and improve automation coverage while avoiding unnecessary or low-value automation
