About the role
We are seeking a Real Estate Lease Accounting Analyst to support the accurate and timely execution of lease accounting activities in line with IFRS 16 requirements. The role focuses on end-to-end lease contract management, contract creation and modification, monthly valuation processing, balance sheet reconciliations, financial reporting, compliance activities, and stakeholder collaboration.
What you'll do
- Manage real estate accounting operations in compliance with IFRS 16 requirements and internal controls
- Execute end-to-end lease contract management activities, including contract creation, modification, maintenance, and validation
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly valuation postings for all eligible lease contracts
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations, month-end closing activities, and support financial analysis requirements
- Deliver internal and external financial reporting and compliance-related activities within agreed timelines
