- Define and implement monitoring strategies aligned with KPIs to ensure service availability and performance
- Proactively monitor systems to identify anomalies and resolve issues before impact
- Manage incident troubleshooting across application and infrastructure layers, collaborating with project teams
- Implement backup and restore strategies and ensure operational readiness
- Support software rollouts and deployments using appropriate automation and release strategies
