About the role
We are seeking a motivated HR Operations professional to support employee data management and HR administration activities for global markets. Based in Pune and reporting to the Team Leader, the role focuses on processing HR transactions accurately and efficiently within agreed service levels, maintaining data quality, supporting stakeholders, and contributing to process improvements and automation initiatives.
What you'll do
- Process HR transactions accurately and efficiently across existing and new HR processes, ensuring high service quality and preventing escalations
- Deliver services within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for assigned customer groups
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across HR systems and manual processes
- Support audits and quality checks by ensuring timely and accurate transaction processing
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems, processes, and operational practices
