TA Ops Sr. Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to lead and manage the end-to-end offer management process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence across hiring activities. Based in Pune with a hybrid working model, this role is responsible for offer letter creation, candidate data and document validation, governance of recruitment systems and processes, audit readiness, reporting, and continuous process improvement.

What you'll do

• Own and manage the end-to-end offer creation process for lateral and internal recruitment activities
• Ensure accurate validation of candidate documentation and data in line with organisational policies and compliance requirements
• Create and issue offer and appointment letters within agreed service levels and quality standards.Maintain governance and compliance within recruitment systems
• Produce weekly and monthly operational dashboards, including offer creation performance, first-time-right metrics, and process exceptions
• Act as the custodian of offer-related documentation and ensure effective handover to the onboarding team
