About the role
We are seeking a Workflow Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Camunda and BPMN-based workflow automation to join the Vodafone Network Operations Digital function in Pune. This role focuses on designing, implementing, optimising, and deploying workflow automation solutions that support Zero Touch Operations across 2nd Line Network Operations teams.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and implement workflow automation solutions using Camunda as the primary workflow engine and BPMN 2.0 standards
- Translate business and operational requirements into scalable workflow designs and automation building blocks
- Optimise and simplify operational processes to improve automation adoption and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with 2nd Line Network Operations teams to identify automation opportunities and integrate automated workflows into operational processes
- Define and contribute to Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) for workflow automation initiatives
