Lead Architect/Manager, EPM — India

About the role

We're looking for a Lead Architect for EPM platforms to join our growing delivery team in India. We need an experienced manager to join this hands-on and client-facing role where you'll own the full lifecycle of sales planning , EPM implementations, from discovery and solution architecture through configuration, team management, project delivery, and go-live.

What you'll do

• Client Delivery & Solution Development
• Architect and oversee the design and configuration of business solutions on cloud EPM platforms (such as Pigment, Anaplan, Varicent) covering territory planning
• Lead discovery workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design sessions; translate complex business needs into architecture decisions and functional specifications
• Build and test data models, integrations, calculation logic, dashboards, and workflows within client environments
• Own UAT cycles, issue escalation, and go-live readiness activities; act as the primary point of accountability for solution quality
