About the role
Seeking a Solution Lead to bridge Product Owners and Engineering by translating business requirements into scalable, resilient, enterprise-aligned technical designs and guiding Java-based delivery across payments systems (transaction processing, messaging, integrations). Convert business requirements into detailed technical solution designs
What you'll do
- Work closely with Product Owners to understand functional requirements
- Identify design gaps, edge cases, and non-functional requirements early
- Drive requirement clarification workshops where needed
- Own overall solution architecture for assigned initiatives
- Define integration patterns (batch, file-based, APIs, messaging, queues)
