Manager, Software Engineering

About the role

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead high-performing product engineering teams and drive the end-to-end delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade platforms. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with people management, focusing on building robust systems, fostering engineering excellence, and enabling predictable, high-quality releases.

What you'll do

• Own one or more product modules end-to-end across design, development, testing, release, and production support
• Design and build API-first, extensible architectures supporting customization without code forks
• Drive high engineering standards across scalability, performance, security, observability, and reliability
• Lead agile delivery with predictable execution, strong planning, and outcome-focused tracking
• Implement automation-first practices across CI/CD, testing, deployment, and monitoring
