What you'll do

• Based in India, you will lead the operational support, monitoring, coordination, and continuous stabilization of global onboarding
• Report functionally to the Global Head of People Operations & Experience
• Provide practical functional support to country P&C teams, hiring managers, and other users; investigate issues, coordinate resolution
• Maintain onboarding journeys, task libraries, templates, guidance, knowledge articles, and country-specific content within the agreed governance model
• Monitor adoption, outstanding activities, data quality, recurring issues, and service indicators; turn operational data into clear insights and follow-up actions
