What you'll do

• Provide sound and independent legal counsel and advice across corporate, commercial, contract, compliance, litigation and regulatory matters
• Partner with business leaders and functions to identify legal risks, develop pragmatic solutions
• Support the business as a strategic legal partner across Operations, Technology, Purchasing, Sales & Marketing, HR, Finance and other functions
• Provide day-to-day legal advice to business functions on operational, commercial, and strategic matters
• Understand business requirements and provide practical legal solutions while identifying and mitigating legal and commercial risks
